The "Pros" of Prosignment
One Associated integrates with Point of Sale systems to facilitate the Prosignment Business Model.
  • Product Visibility: One Associated's business model empowers vendors to maximize the visibility of new and existing product lines within a store, without being limited to the stores' merchandising budgets. Vendors' and Stores' revenue will increase by broadening the variety of products offered to a store's customers.
  • Online Reporting: One Associated monitors inventory levels and sales of a store. Comprehensive reporting is then provided to corresponding vendors that enable them to restock the store, and better manage their inventory. Vendors now have the ability to track and monitor their product from the time it leaves their warehouse, until it is sold to the end consumer. Additional reports pertaining to an industry can be generated to help vendors and stores understand market share by product and sales volume.
  • Electronic Payment: Once a sale has occurred, and funds have cleared, One Associated electronically withdraws the vendor's portion of the money from the store's bank account. On a monthly basis funds are deposited to the vendor's bank account, and a comprehensive report is provided that itemizes the corresponding sales.
  • Accountability: Stores are responsible and accountable for all inventories that are received; including shrinkage, loss, and damage. Vendors are immediately compensated for any discrepancies that are realized.
